My name is Brandie and at first I had found another company on Craigslist (DOLLAR SPA.COM) to move my spa that I just bought off of Craigslist from Bedford to Wylie. After driving an hour to pick up this spa and meet these "so called movers", they were there with a little car and a trailer not large enough to haul more than two push lawn mowers. Of course you can imagine I was very disgusted after booking this move over a week earlier and giving this company the dimensions of this very large 8x8 hot tub. I of course fired them on the spot and was able to find a number for The Spa Mover. Upon calling the number, I talked to Jon. I told him the situation and asked for his help.
     Jon and the crew from The Spa Mover said that they could pick up the spa and deliver it that same day, on a last minute request, even know they did not have to. They delivered it on Sunday morning and it was the most professional delivery and set up I have ever seen! Their equipment, employees, & customer service were wonderful.
     In the future, if I ever need my spa moved again or know someone who does, I will insist that they use The Spa Mover. I am a real estate investor & agent and will be passing on the cards he provided and all the referrals I can; any chance I get. Thank you and have a great day!
